Her main area of expertise is registry and notary practice, with wide experience in the mentioned area. Professional experience in a Notary’s Office and at the moment in a Lawyer’s Office, in which it has been possible to acquire experience and knowledge in the execution of public deeds, equivalent to the Private Authenticated Document, in several areas of Law. With a vast experience when it comes to the purchase and sale of real estate, death/divorce partitions, inheritance repudiations, donations, powers of attorney and everything that comprises notarial acts.
With an extensive experience in registers: land, automobile, commercial, civil, monitoring and assisting in the celebration of marriages and divorces.
Experience also in relation to applications for Portuguese nationality.

Real estate transactions and project finance: I provide advice on tax aspects and matters in all areas, in particular those related to (i) the acquisition and transfer of real estate, (ii) the development of property in general (iii) and project finance transactions.
