Attending the last year of the Law Degree at Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa.

Her main area of expertise is registry and notary practice, with wide experience in the mentioned area. Professional experience in a Notary’s Office and at the moment in a Lawyer’s Office, in which it has been possible to acquire experience and knowledge in the execution of public deeds, equivalent to the Private Authenticated Document, in several areas of Law. With a vast experience when it comes to the purchase and sale of real estate, death/divorce partitions, inheritance repudiations, donations, powers of attorney and everything that comprises notarial acts.

With an extensive experience in registers: land, automobile, commercial, civil, monitoring and assisting in the celebration of marriages and divorces.

Experience also in relation to applications for Portuguese nationality.

Participation in training courses to update personal knowledge to help the client always in a simpler, appropriate and faster way.

My main area of practice is Civil Law, with a special focus on the Law of Obligations (contracts), Executive Law and Insolvency Law, with wide experience of contractual breaches, debt collection, company restructuring and insolvencies. Other areas of practice within Civil Law include Property Law, Leasing and Inheritance Law. These areas of practice involve the practice of Civil Procedural Law.

Main practice area Administrative Law, with a special focus on Public Procurement; International tax planning: providing general advice on foreign investment in Portugal (taxation of non-resident companies and individuals), as well as advice on Portuguese investment abroad and on authorisation for residence for investment. Real estate transactions and project finance: I provide advice on tax aspects and matters in all areas, in particular those related to (i) the acquisition and transfer of real estate, (ii) the development of property in general (iii) and project finance transactions.
