As a lawyer, I have more than 20 years experience in the areas of Notarial, Town and Country Planning, Licensing, Inheritances and Corporate Law, particularly in accompanying corporate restructuring, preparing deeds for the transformation of companies, capital increases and sale of shares.

My experience as also involved preparing and accompanying various notarial acts, both for purchase and sale, donations in payment, of establishing mortgages, out-of-court divisions, and setting up horizontal properties, among other aspects.
